Sustainable Living Program

S.O.A.R  (Sustainable Opportunities Anticipating Recovery)

SCSS sustainable living program is a program designed to create an opportunity for self sustainability for specific families impacted by sickle cell disease. The sustainable living program is a 12-24 month program for families who require more than just an occassional service from our organization. This program helps to teach sustainable life outcomes so that families are able to be more self-sufficient.

Individuals/Families who are "accepted" into our sustainable living program receive a personalized touch to help support them through transitions in their life and are provided the tools that they need through case coordination. This happens through a vareity of collaboration and services and through various agencies.

If you are a individual/family that thinks that you would benefit from the sustainable living program or you are someone who knows of someone else who would benefit from this program please contact our organization @ 501-650-0764.

The programs in the S.O.A.R. program are not limited to individuals with sickle cell disease. If other individuals meet the critieria, they may participate in programs under the S.O.A.R. program guidelines.
